College Unions
The Certified Student Affairs Educator-College Unions (CSAEd-CU™) credential was designed exclusively for college unions specialists at the mid-level and above, as well as student affairs educators looking to transition into college unions specialist and senior-level roles. The program concluded in June 2026. Please read below for recognition of credential earners.
Developed by ACUI subject matter experts in college unions and built upon the foundation of the core student affairs educator certification (CSAEd™), this specialty credential demonstrates continuous learning, competency, and knowledge in established domains which are essential to success in the complex and evolving landscape of college unions work.
The college unions certification was built upon the foundation of the core student affairs educator certification content. The core student affairs educator certification (CSAEd™) was a required prerequisite to obtain this specialty certification.
